Dell — not extending my warranty and not giving the gift voucher of Rs 3000 after purchasing the product

I had bought an Inspiron 11 3000 series dell laptop on the day of Dhanterus on 21st Oct 2014 from Mahi Computers and Peripherals pvt. ltd., S P verma road Patna. I had paid in cash and got a gift voucher of online shopping sites of Rs 3000. I got registered for that and also to extend the warranty period for two more years. After being registered I got a message that within 7 working days I would be informed for the further procedure but when the time lapsed for that, I got a message that my Invoice picture was not clear so it becomes invalid. After that I am continuously approaching the dealer but they are not doing anything. I talked to Mr Chandan Singh, Area Manager, here several times and also send mails to him but every time got a false assurance and a false date to resolve this problem.I am really sorry to say that there is no one in this reputed co. to hear the complains of their customers.
