Dell — paid 11000 to repair my dell laptop in august 2014.but not yet repaired.

Paid 11k in advance towards service of my dell laptop around august 2014.they told it was a motherboard problem.I gave this below mail recently.. [protected] I had given my first complaint in the month of august 2014.your people came and diagnosed its a motherboard problem.they replaced it with another one which ceased working within two days.from then started our problems.dell executives came and serviced our laptop which is of no use.some executives dont know even the basics.there was a time when I got n number of calls regarding dispatching of parts which aren't dispatched.some times executives call and ask whether the parts are dispatched..your people call again and say that they will be dispatching the parts within 7 days.so many weeks so many weeks and months have passed but of no avail. It was already 7 months since I gave the complaint. Laptop is very urgent for me.this is the last mail I give to you and i request you to solve the issue as early as possible without which I will let you my course of action. If you wish to contact us back during this interim, requesting to reply to this email with best time to reach you without changing the subject line and we shall get back to you within 24 to 48 working hours. Your patience is highly appreciated here. [protected] Since 4 months or so this person is not able to call me or reach me on my 3 mobiles i had given!!!this really shows how dell deals with customers who are in urgent need.i was not able to work from home since august because of this attitude of dell.I want u to respond.
