There is some picture tube problem in the DELL monitor bearing No.CN0638 cf 7426144M 2 VEL. Contacted your Bangalore Office and as per the advice of Mr. Suresh, the photo of the Monitorand other details are attached. Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 10, 2015 Updated by dharmambal Though eight days have passed, there is no sign of response for our complaint. This tends me to approach higher officials or to take a path of social networking sites.
