Dear Sir Whenever we are working on the Laptop on any document or site suddenly waves appear on the screen. We find it difficult to work. We have to shut down and again restart it to continue. The frequency of problem is so fast. We have made complaint to Dell care. They sent two members to us but the problem still remains. We are unhappy with the type of service provided by you till now.
