Dell — Regarding warranty issue | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop dated "24-MAY-2014" from retailer 'CHOKHANI COMPUTERS PVT. LTD.' at RANCHI, JHARKHAND. I was assured with "1 Year Complete Cover Warranty". But when i contacted to 'DELL Customer Support' regarding malfunction in the laptop on 15-JAN-2015, they told me that 'product support warranty has been expired and you need to Purchase additional warranty support'. Its only 8th month after purchesing the laptop, whay they are not giving the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
