[Resolved]  Dell — repair laptop under service tag No.1294277​4469

I have purchased Dell laptop on 1.9.2011 from Dubai ( Copy of the invoice and and delivery chellan forwarded ). Then i extended the warranty for another 2 years with payment of Rs. 8000 though online with your service representative email [protected]@DELL.com. i.e vide Quote NO25856246 and customer NO.[protected]. They promised to update the date based on my invoice copy date. Accordingly i have forwarded bill copy to your representative. Few months back i contacted your representative for checking the system for repair, but no one has attended to solve the same. Last week i submited the same before cochin office for repair. But they denied to repair stating that warranty has expired on 24.7.2014. Now i understand that your representative has not updated the same. As a customer, i need to get the warranty up to 1.9.2014 ie 3 year from the date of purchase instead of shipment date. Now my laptop is not working properly. Under the above circumstances i request you to kindly arrange to repair my lap top by extending the warranty up to 1.9.2014. ie based on purchase date. Please note that i have made payment of Rs. 8000 based on the promise from your representaive to extend the warranty up to 1.9.2014. During this 3 year this is the 1st service call.
