Dell — Unconcern service and unfaithful assurance from your customer care service provider

Dear Sir I would like to inform you that I talked with your customer care service provider Mr. Adarsh & Mr. Vinod on last Thursday[protected]. They told me that someone was suppose to called & come to my address. That person will look to the problem physically but nobody called and came. So again I called yesterday evening for the same matter with reference complaint#(SR[protected]. That time one of you colleague Mr. Dharsan attended me and assured that today[protected] before or on 3 pm someone will come and solve the problem. But still nobody came or contact me. So now tell me where is your and the company's responsibility lies. I am really upset to the service given by the centre and the service provided. So if it is possible kindly take some necessary steps as soon as you can to get my problem solved as I am facing lots which is effecting badly to my job.
