Dell — Unethical behaviour | |||
I have purchased dell Inspiron 5558 a few days ago and was facing some issues with the installation of Mcafee. Assuming that I'll get a better guidance on the installation procedure from customer care, I called the customer care- [protected] [ then dialled 4 followed by the recorded instruction(09.11.2015 at 16:46)] where a " supposed to be customer friendly executive" named Deepti answered the call. It seemed because of some network issue I couldn't get her voice properly and naturally asked her a couple of times to reiterate. Now to my utter surprise or should I Say SHOCK her remaining sense of dealing with so called valued customer had just vanished . She not only became unexplainably rude but also disconnected the call on my face . Till date I didn't receive a single call from Dell Customer Care and my query remained unanswered. If this is the normal way of behaving of the customer care executives of a reputed brand as Dell I really wonder whether there would be a single "customer" of Dell in future. It will be appreciated if customer care executive starts assisting customer instead of arrogantly ordering customer how to talk. Hoping that this mail shall make Dell address the issue of such unapologetic rude behaviour of it's customer care executive . Thanks, Ishani Was this information helpful? | |||
