My internet is not working from the past one week. I have registered the complaint and now they gave me another complaint number.

They have closed the complaint without taking any action against it.

Den Boomband — Bad service

I am facing this issue of speed for last 2 weeks and nobody cares for it . Now no one is picking my call at your customer care. Too back service .I think I should lodge a complaint against your at consumer court.

DEN Networks — Signal is highly erratic. Suddenly there is a black out of some particular channel

The signal is highly erratic. there is a sudden black out on some channels. At times the net work is off for more than 12 hours. There is no let up in collection of subscription
