Dear sir,
I got den boomband connection around 6 months ago, it worked very well for 2-3 months but after that frequent disconnections and low speed issue is a regular problem. Whenever i register a complaint they give me a ticket number and without taking any action, they just close the ticket. I have a 5 mbps plan but speed is not even 250 kbps, i can't even watch vidoes at 144p on youtube. A file of 10 mb takes at least 25 mins to download. Most of the time reason for disconnection is "technical upgradation in your area". Their service is very poor. They are cheating the customers and burning a hole in their pocket. One of my friend has just got a new connection in my area. He is getting very good services. If their is a problem in area, how he would get good services it's just because he is a new customer so it is their basic fundamental to trap the customer and then do whatever they want to do and internet has become a very basic need for all the works. Please get the issue resolved.

    Den newly set up box not working so many times complaint has been done to cable operator.
    Responding very bad and behaving vry irresponsible doing loose talk.
    I am complaining since 5 to 7 days no has come.
    Kindly do the need full now they have taken set up box but not responding after that alos not provinding replacement for the same

      I got this plan one month ago in the mid period my broadband got suspended. I found out that it was there was some billing problem. My agent might now have submitted money that we gave him. I could not use my net for 5 days then that prpblem was reaolved but after that my plan got expired before the actual date. I think they are couting from the day i booked for demo but that is wrong becuz after demo i did not booked the broadband for 3 days so how can they do this now my agent neeraj has got his phone swirched off and other officials of den just say that they will do something. But they dont i have been constantly trying for 6 days but they are just not doing anything now i think all of them are fraud.

        The payment was picked up from my residence on 13th may 2016
        And the boy who picked the payment was in den boomband dress
        And he collect the payment and said that tha stauts/ reciept of payment will be updated with in 2 hours
        So till today the status has not been updated
        And due to all this on 14may 2016 night
        My connection has also been discontinued by den boomband
        And from last two days am complaing about my connection and payment update
        There is no response which help me to resolve my issue .
        Plz its a request due to dis i am suffering loss in business due to internet problem
        Plzzz resolve this issue as fast as possible

        DEN Broadband — Took advance installation money and subscribtion for 3 months but never got internet connection

        DEN executive took 3 months advance subscribtion money along with installation charges but never installed internet on our address nor they are refunding money, its been 2 months already. never go for this internet company.

          I am Akshay Sharma from Mansarovar park shahdara . I am using your internet network from last 1 months it's not working properly from the 1st day . I complaint to my provider but they are doing nothing for it. They just pick my call once note down my complaint after that they stop picking up my calls. Goodwill of your company is getting down . If you can pay back my money I'll go for some other network. I called twice to customer care also they are not even ready to file my complaint they said there is some technical issues we can't file your complaint I had words with vinod Kumar.
          Please do something for your customer I am totally disappointed with this kind of behavior. I have never seen such things in my life I used airtel even mtnl they never did anything like your company is doing.
          Please give me the email Id or phone no. Of any authority who is willing and concern to help their customers.

          Dear sir we are using your set top box since many years. Last 2 weeks set top box not working properly and your technician said that your set top box is ok.
          no one visit our house last two weeks so please arrange the visit as soon as possible other wise i will cut this connection permanently.

          Den Boomband — Very poor service

          I book a new connection on 1 aug 2015 & get connection on 7 aug 2015 but internet connection not on that time . i call on [protected] many times says ur problem resolve in few hours since installation date. problem not resolve till now.

          DEN Networks — Pathetic service by den or local cable operator

          I am very disappointed to say den and his distributer nagraj cable operator provide service very poor and pathetic.I already submitted my complaint .but nobody responce my complaint.it is same on you.
          Most of the time get no signal of weak signal which gives scratched images or some lagging issues

              My id is P_81424 and registered no.is [protected]...since last 4 days my wifi connection is lost...Atleast 15-20 times i have complained about the problem...no engineer visited till now...no response has been given from local office of den boomband...Ur workers behave like they are selling vegetables and by providing the connection they have obliged us for whole of my life...come on...r u kidding me...i have never ever seen such a bad response from any of the presigious company which is providing its services in 13 states of india...customer ki kuch to value rakho...

                Please can any one help in getting my money back from these cheater company i have paid 3 months payment for a new connection, however no action taken so far. I have raised 4 complaint so far was informed that it will be done in 24 hours however no success as of now. Please help.
                I have paid for new connection on 23 april.
                Everytime when i call customer care they informed me that they have message updated that i have denied for installation. I dont understand a simple logic if ididnt wanted connection why i would waste my hard earn money (Rs2580). Pay tehm for new connection.
                I hope it get resolved soon.

                  I am facing worst connection connectivity in ghaziabad (Shalimar garden, sahibabad).

                  Every time i call at den network boomband system, they always said that there is technical problem in your area but not providing any solutions for problem and they are definitely not sure that you will not get that problem in connectivity again. And i am facing problem again and again.

                  I was able to used den internet only 20-22 days properly due to every day there is technical problem.

                  Even customer care is not bad is very very bad (Worst) service, they always take your complaint but you will not get any response. I have registered a lot of complaints to customer care number for 15 days but unfortunately they also failed to resolve my issue.

                  So, very bad experience with den broadband, need to resolve this or give my money back.

                    Worst & fraud den boomband.
                    After 3 months my overall experienced was worst service of den boomband, there is 2 reason behind of that, which is
                    1) they offered me 15 days extra free if we paid for 3months in advance (But never get this offer)
                    2) in 3 months, i was able to used den internet only 20-25 days properly due to every day there is technical problem.
                    Even customer care is not bad is very very bad (Worst) service, they always take your complaint but you will not get any response. I have registered a lot of complaints to customer care number for 15 days free internet offered then i give the request to nodal officer but unfortunately they also failed to resolve my issue.
                    I think they are giving the attractive offer like if we pay for 3 month they cann't charge for installation and plan is good but after 10-15 days your problem journey will start.
                    So, never try den boomband otherwise and if anyone doubt so note my detail and call to customer care number and check the status of my complaint or call me directly for any assistance.

                      Your represetative are frauds.
                      I filed a request for a new connection and he came the same day andafter completing formalities he took money and said my connection will be set up the next day.
                      Next day no one showed up and when i called they switvhed off thier phone.
                      Even the senior was not answering.

                      It is daily problem if you are not able to rectified the same immediate. I will take serious action.
                      I have booked 30 gb plan on 21 sep 2105 through agent in the area of montu shah cable network
                      paid cheque 2565 bank of india, no 254022 which was cleared with in 1 week but still no connection installed
                      I am user of den boom bend since last one year with plan of 50 gb 5 mpbs.
                      But never satisfied with your services. It is daily problem when i start my desk top always find there is no internet working.
                      Problem resolved after wasting two or three hours.
                      You are advised to rectified this problem otherwise i will take serious action against you.

                        Dear Team,

                        I got a new wi-fi connection from Den Networks. The connection is not working properly. I made complaints more than 3 times. Every time technician visited and made some make shift arrangement to run the connection and net is getting disconnect after some time. This exercise is repeated more than three times already and i am totally frustrated by making complaints every day. Now I want to remove this connection and refund of my paid amount of INR 2578/=.
                        But I am not getting any positive response from the company. This Amount is prepaid for next 3 Months.

                          Do not awatse your precious time and money on such company.
                          They would make you fool and waste your time and money.

                          One of the sales agent of the company have taken money from me for 3 months in advance in order to get a new connection, however now the person is not answering my call. When called customer care several time informed that it will be resolved within 24 hours no action as of now.

                          23 April 2016 i have paid for connection on 30 April, 1 may, 2 May, 3 May and today when called customer care was informed same will be resolved in 24 hours no action till now.

                          Please help i have paid approx 2600.

                          They are cheating on us .

                          Please Ban this company else they will continue cheating customer.

                            We have installed a den set top box from a local cable operator today i.E 1st may 2016 operator said it'll get activated after two hrs but since he had installed it my stb is showing security problem with error code 11 and i'm trying to connect that cable provider he's not answering the call..And on top of that he took 2000 rs for den's standard stb

                              I have just now took this Den boom and connection with registered number [protected].
                              First the connection took 3 days to install when I have been promised to to get it install in 24 hours. After that I got call to update u about network I informed that lady that i haven't started using it on continuous basis can't give the feedback.
                              Today for the first time I used for the whole day and it worked for only 2 -3 hours . Since after my net is not working in both wifi and lab connection . I called Mr PANKAJ Kumar whose number has been provided for any problem at [protected]. He is give fake promises . Will be coming in two hour or half an hour etc.
                              Thn I called your customer care before I complained about MrPANKAJ Kumar or anyone o got another information that since I have paid from cheque where the fact is I have paid cash you have disconnect my services from your end.

                              I am wondering if i got the right services or got stuck with unprofessionals. Please resolve the problem from your end or else I will give all the information at consumer forum.

                                I have installed broadband connection from Den Boomband around 15 March: it was 100GB per month and speed is 20 Mbps. I paid for 3 months in advance around RS 5600.
                                When they fixed and I checked the speed it was only 8 Mbps. I complainted them. But they did not rectified. I waited another day and complaints again. They did nothing, then I asked to remove this connection. They took very fast action and removed my connection. But till then they have not refunded my money, I send many mail, yesterday they have responded to my mail and told me that they can't refund because this is prepaid connection.
                                They did not give me what they promised.
                                I have not used they services. How they can take my money.

                                  Dear Sir Account ID: ARUN_391. Rs. 6412/- has been paid on 27.11.2015 vide cheque no 468363 towards re-activation of account. It has been told by executive that by paying subscription for 6 months and you will get 6 months extra (total 12 months subscription will be given) and I also received a mail from them on the same vide email dated Fri, Nov 20, 2015 at 6:08 PM. but my
                                  DEN A/C show only 6 months subscription. My plan should expire on 25 May, 16. Kindly provide me with the required support.

                                  I subscribed to Den Networks on 31st Aug 2016 for 20 mbps speed and also paid the amount accordingly. Since then, i.e. since inception, I am getting speed ranging fro 0.5 mbps to 10 mbps normally but at times 22 mbps for a short period.

                                  No body is listening to my complaint since last 19 days despite talking to Technical head and sales Head. Nodal officer replies very vaguely and no body in the company provides phone number/email id of responsible senior officer.

                                  DEN NETWORKS are the worst for solving its consumer problem and to keep their contract speed.

                                    I would like to raise the serious concern against the fraud and scam done by Den Boomband company.

                                    on 23rd april, 2016 around 2 pm received the call from Den Boomband executive to renew my internet connection, he was offering 3 plus 2 months free scheme at 2577 rs ( 5 MBPS 15 GB data )

                                    He send someone to pick up the cash payment of same amount by around 6 pm.

                                    later on i received the call from another executive stating that someone has made the fraud.

                                    Now Den boomband is Denying to provide me services,
                                    since being a customer i have made the payment to DEN boomband executive as i have also checked his ID card from the company.
                                    I also have the cash payment receipt from Den boomband ( as attached )

                                    Please take the required action against the company.

                                      I just shif my address, regarding this i made a call to cutomer care so that officially installation would be on my current address

                                      but, this den broadband company send their executive after 5 days of calling for collecting documents and that executive collected a payment of 686 rupees from me. and he said that your installation of wiring will be steup in coming 30 minutes but till 48 hours passed out there is no installation is setuped.
                                      when i call that executive who come to collect my document and said that installation is one in comin 30 minutes even not pickup call after taking my hard core money.
                                      and when i call to customer care they always said one statement only that executive come in 24 hours but right now 48 hours are going to pass out.

                                      now i want to fire complaint against that irresponsible and dishonest executive name RAVI KUMAR and his mobile no. is [protected]

                                      SIR I JUST WANT A JUSTICE TO GET A CONNECTION OR TO GET MY HARD CORE MONEY FROM THIS FRAUDSTERS.
