Den Boomband — Non receipt of refund. | |||||
I had applied for Den Boomband connection on 1st Dec 2015 for which I had paid Rs 3435 thru cheque . The technician who visited me the next day told that the connection could not be made due to some technicalities. And I was promised a refund. Its been 2 months and I have still not received my refund. I have called your customer care 4 times since, but still the issue is unresolved. Requesting you to look into this matter otherwise there is no choice for me than to make a Police complain.
