DEN Broadband — DID NOT GOT THE REFUND | |||
Hi, On 29th Jan, 2015, I gave a cheque of Rs. 673 (CHEQUE NO-74455)for connection to sales executive Vijay Kumar (FCOI ID[protected], unfortunately they was not able to connect Internet, later they said it that it cant be connected at my location Mayur Vihar phase -3, but the cheque was cleared from my account. When I spoke to customer care executive he told me to talk to den cable operator of my locaton, when I spoke to him he asked me to talked to the den internet sales excutive who left his job, I didnt got refund of that.
