Den Networks — Cable Connection Disconnect but Refund and DEN setup box return

Hi, We had asked for the TV cable connection from DEN networks 10 months ago, and we deposited amount of 800 Rs, for which they had provided a cable connection with setup box on a monthly rental of 300Rs. Now today, when we asked them to disconnect the connection and refund our deposit they are denying to refund our full deposit money, without giving any particular reason for the deduction. They are deducting half of deposit money without any reason. That is why I am seeking help from Consumer office.
