Representative of den cable networks sold me the HD set up box but since the day TRAI issued pay per use for cable TV operators, den network stopped the service. After repeated follow ups, service started but with frequent disruptions for months together. For some reason or the other service was often disrupted. And now the representative is not responding to my call to restore the service and asking me to shift to TATA sky. I want my money for set top box refunded as I feel I have been conned by the den cable network.
