Den Networks — complaint against cable operator

I m using cable service of den satellite. Cable operator stopped my service including fta channels. As per trai guidelines i have selected my channels using the app provided by trai, and requested cable operator to activate the same.

but the cable operator refused to accept the same and directed to choose the channels as per the packs and channel list provided by them.

after that i have selected following channels bouquet & channels

1) zee family marathi sd rs. 39 of 21 channels

2) star india marathi value rs. 49 of 13 channels

3) sony happy india 31 rs. 31 of 9 channels

4) i have further selected further 11 fta channels

as per my calculation :-

My pay channels are 21+13+9 = 42 which cost rs. 39+49+9 = 119 + 18% gst = 21.42

Means i have to pay rs 119+ 22 = rs. 140.42 for pay channels.

My free channels are 11+25 (Mandatory) = 36

Thus my total channels are 42 (Pay)+36 (Free) = 78. as i have selected less than 100 channels hence i have to pay network capacity fee rs. 130 +18% gst = rs. 23.4 means rs. 153.4

total cost of my pack will rs. 140.42 + rs. 153.4 = 294

but cable operator is demanding rs 438 per month. He is saying that i have to pay rs. 20 for each bundle of 25 channels.

though i don't understand how they calculated this amount.

please help me and direct the cable operator and provider not to cheat public. I have sent many emails to customer care centre, nodal officers but not received any positive response. I have contacted many times in mumbai customer care centre on number[protected]t) but they are unable to give any solution. They give me area manager mr. Mayur's number ([protected]) but he is found helpless. He gave me another mr. Sagar's number ([protected]) but he is not picking phone. Hence please issue directtions to the cable operator

Sir my cable is off from yesterday i have also pay my balance of den service provider but he can't active my service and switch off all contact number you pls active my dish connection my mo number is [protected] and have no my dish id you pls check my contact number according.

I had subscribed to DEN CABLE in January 2019 and it continued for 2 to 3 months. After that it was disconnected by the operator. I tried a number of times to contact the operator but no response from him. Later on that number was switched off. then I made complaints a number of times to customer care at toll free no. But all proved to be bogus. No reply no action from them. I don't know how this DEN CABLE COMPANY IS RUNNING IN the market?. No body to hear the complaint. Till date one year is past no person visited my home to resolve the problem. I would like to draw your kind attention that I had invested rs 2500 for New subscription. And continued only for 2 to 3 months. Please let me know who is responsible for this kind of service. They are looting the customer. I request you help me recover my invested amount and compensate me loss of one year service.
