Hi, I have paid in advance Rs. 2405( scheme with broadband connection for 5 months ) for broad band services on 12 Jan, 2016. They arrived within 2 days and did wiring but didn't installed router saying that they will do it later. After that I have lodged complaints several times on their customer support but my calls were forwarded from one employee to another untill it was hanged up. After lots of calls they informed me that issue would be resolved within 2 days. But nothing happened. When I complained again they asked for electricity bill which I provided, then they asked for rent agreement which I provided by myself in their office; but all in vain. They arrived at my residence for getting payment but didn't pick documents from my residence, I had to go to their office two times for submitting documents still getting nowhere. This way they kept this issue hanging for 2 more weeks. When I asked for refund they said that amount can be refund only within one month of payment. Now they are not even refunding my amount. I have recorded all my conversations on mobile and have mail trail which I can provide as proof. I am a B.Sc. student in DU and it has affected my studies, time and money severly.
