My connection is going to get expired on 30th JAN 2017 and i am getting daily calls for recharge I tool this connection two months ago and was not able to use it at all - same is reflecting in my usage - and this happened only due to the fact that the installation was not proper. I gave it to my father who is a senior citizen and "partial memory loss" patient. he coundt complaint on time and in turn we kept on using our TATA photon only. My only Request from the company is to compensate me for 1500 Rs which i had spent in taking this conenction but was not able to use the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
