Den Networks — Not refunded my money

Hi, we had asked for the tv cable connection from den networks 8 year ago, and we deposited amount of 1200 rs, for which they had provided a cable connection with setup box on a monthly rental of 250rs. Now today, when we asked them to disconnect the connection and refund our deposit they are denying to refund our full deposit money, without giving any particular reason for the deduction. They are deducting full of deposit money without any reason. That is why i am seeking help from consumer office.
