Den Networks — payment taken and asking for the same after 2 months | |||||
I had 2 connections with den, in july when guy came to take the payment i told him i want the second connection disconnected temporarily as i dont have a maid and dont need the other connection, (This guy had been coming to take past pymts as well and took the card number for disconnection). I gave him 1100 cash and he returned 10rs back. The guy said he is not able to get the receipt as there is no network and he will leave the receipt with the guard. I checked with the guard a few times but there was no receipt, i did not get any calls for payment neither did anyone come to take the payment. On 3rd sept i get a call stating i haven't paid for the second connection. I told them this was disconnected in july itself. I was told the 2nd connection was not disconnected and i need to paid 520/- for july and august, a new guy came this time and took cheque of 520 again took the card number for disconnection and went. On 21st sept i get a call again from den cable that i havent paid for my primary cable. I told them i had paid cash but they said if you dont have a receipt we cant help you * i dont understand why did they not contact me for 2 months no call no person coming over to take the paymet * on 3rd sept when they called they just told me i have only paid for one tv for 3 months (July, aug, sept) and amount pending for the 2nd tv * when the guy came to collect the money he said pending amount is 520/- (For second tv for july and aug, we will not disconnect the 2nd tv) *after another 15-20 days they realized the first tv was also not paid for. I asked them to send the previous guy who used to come, i asked dhirander the second payment guy to send me the number of the previous payment collector, since then dhirander is also not picking the phone, i have called him like 200 times but only the bell keeps ringining. I called the office about 30-40 times but did not get any help, seniors are always busy or not available, now i have been told the previous payment collector ajeet has left the job. I did not take the receipt in good faith, but this surely is a practise it seems as i did not get any any phone calls for 2 months, no guy came to collect the money for 2 months and now they have disconnected both the cable connections due to non payment. I had to pay 520 without using the second connection and informing them in june, and now they are asking for another 1100rs. Please do not pay cash to these people. This seem to be a well planned thing and practise. I have spoke to deshraj but no one is ready to listen and just want the payment again after almost 3 months. It is sad and can only happen in our country as there is no law and order and all these malpractices are followed. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Alway the network problem in cable the network is suddenly lost when i call the local distrubiter he is always saying change to other network like distv tatasky etc this person behavior is very rude

Den set top box network is not available from today morning. We are unable to watch tv. plz fix the problem as soon as possible.
