Den Networks — Unusual disconnection of Den cable network done by LCO and demanding more money for reconnection.

I would like to take help from your platform as I had send many reminder letters to Den cable network with no active response made by the respondent authority. Hoping for positive response from you.

I, resident of, ALIPUR, DELHI, 110036. I am subscriber of DEN cable network provided by LCO : HARSH MANN CABLE NETWORK PRIVATE LTD alipur delhi-36.
According to the Telecom Authority of India, I have fully payed (month wise) for the package so that I can watch all my favourite channels.

I have not seen such bad and unusual service in my life. They always used to come earlier to collect their monthly money for package in advance but when it comes to the services, no body cares. Sometimes the channels run with disturbance and bad sound. The cable operator frequently used to disconnect our connection.

Our TV was not functioning due to some fault, we gave it for repair and said to the LCO's to cut down connection till our TV gets repaired. He didn't cut down our connection but after 3-5 days we asked him to connect the network if he had disconnected the cable network earlier. When we complained about the same, they started demanding more money for the reconnection. It's not only my case, there may be more similar cases which never comes to picture. They are earning by false means. Not only this, but also, they are always rude and even says 'Jao hum nahi karte, Jo karna hai karlo'.

According to TRAI's latest rules states that 'A Prior notice of a minimum of 15 days to be given for the disconnection of services to consumer, ' applied similar for the consumer too.
They had taken advance money for the month of June, and are now again demanding more money for the reconnection of network for the same month (June), which has been already paid by us.

I have lodged several number of complaints, calling to the DEN Customer Care Service Number. [protected], but despite of all the calls made, they never gave us the complaint no. (Docket no. to be provided after calling the DEN Customer Care, via SMS) even after asking for several times. No complaint id Or no. is given to us. Every time they used to console us that the service would be provided to you soon and we are looking into the matter. But seems no enquiry has been made in the matter till now.
Although, as per TRAI regulations, All complaints should be responded within 8 hours of receipt of complaint by the service provider, also no reason for delay has been notified yet.
Even within 7 days of customer request for closure or termination of service shall be adhered to by the satellite and dth service provider. Beyond 7 days, no rental can be charged. Such termination of service is also not conditional upon pending dues. Additionally, the outstanding security deposits should be refunded within 60 days of termination of service. If there's delay, beyond 60 days, one is entitled to have interest at rate of 10% per annum for no. Of days refund is delayed.

Hope you understand the situation very well and thus help us in resolving the matter of disconnection of network by the LCO's .
