[Resolved] Big Bazaar (Kothrud, Pune) — Payback Points

This was the 5th time in last 3 months when I tried to redeem my Payback point in Biz Bazaar (Kothrud, Pune) and I got the SAME REPEATED ANSWER AS USUAL.

The points are not available, check later on.

Let me tell you that the Big Bazaar (Kothrud, Pune) is unaware of any details.

The CSD people just give a vague reply and do not even bother to check if the consumer got the info or not.

Very rude and pathetic staff.

I did submit a feedback form, not sure if it will reach the concerned authorities or not.

Anyways I am sure that I, along with my friends and family, is taking my business anywhere from now but Big Bazaar.
