I have booked wall papers worth of 9000 INR with Home Town, Yerwada. I paid all amount full in advance. After 2 days, received a call from them stating they do not have selected product in stock.
Then they gave a letter stating refund of full amount in 15 days.

This was the 5th time in last 3 months when I tried to redeem my Payback point in Biz Bazaar (Kothrud, Pune) and I got the SAME REPEATED ANSWER AS USUAL.

The points are not available, check later on.

Let me tell you that the Big Bazaar (Kothrud, Pune) is unaware of any details.

The CSD people just give a vague reply and do not even bother to check if the consumer got the info or not.

they have fraud promotions be it be exchange offer or April utsave ,,,,they make people fool.......and there customer care of no use..............they are fraud too....i am gonna to publish in media too ,they cannot harass ppl..i had their coupon of 200 rs but they are failed to redeem it and wasted my two hrs saying they have system problem and coupon is invalid...........i cant redeem it as per them try after 20 minutes...

I had purchased a bed from Hometown Vikroli around 13 months back. My daughter used to sleep on it. First - the bottom of the bed broke (it was not very different from cardboard in terms of strength when I tested it !). on complaining the Hometown ppl replaced the bottom with ply.
