I am fed up of calling Dell Customer Care India, and i am forced to approach you.

Problem faced by me.
1. TFT monitor screen is flickering rapidly and giving blurred images
and screen brightness is varying. and is going on-off.
2. Speakers are having problem with too low volume.
I calledup Dell Customer Care @ [protected] today afternoon and was
greeted by Akshita and call was forwarded to technical deptt after
too much struggle, i am sorry to state that i had to beg the executive
to transfer call to tech deptt.
finally the lady transferred the call to technical deptt, executive
James who checked my details / warranty etc and promised a call back
by respective team responsible for hardware failure in next 20 mins
It came out to be false promise as noone called up. This is too bad
service for an Inwarranty product.
Resolution i am looking for :
1. Engineer visit immediately and Replacement of monitor and speaker
as both are Inwarranty.
2. This has to be done immediately as facing problem since friday evening
and there is no support on saturday and sundays. and is hampering my
studies badly.
Would appreciate if Can someone get back to me with Solution.
