This is Kamalakar Singh working as Auditor, in Ministry of Defence. I have applied for home loan through your Kanpur branch. My loan appeal no 01934706 . The company has send me declined msg of my loan on 15/10/18 at 5 pm. The agent Ram Ratan Singh did not explicit the reason of refusal. All documents provided to the agent on time including a cheque of Rs. 2950. The agent is telling my documents did not reach on time then how my cheque was clear before before reaching my entire documents . Please state the genuine reason other wise I will go to court date complaining RTI and CP Gram complain...
