Dear dhfl team First of all great thanks for you to for helping me to know my patience by roaming around tirupati dhfl Office for my home loan after first disbursement especially. For every middle class family it's dream To buy/take home in their life. They have to take wise decision while starting interacting with the Bank or choose the bank for their home loan. Lot of collegues/relatives/friends suggested me to choose Other banks like sbi, hdfc. By believing dhfl totally i spoiled my dream. This is the very worst bank Ever in my life. Sorry if i use the word worst to describe of dhfl team of tirupati the value of "worst" word will come down. It's not sufficent word to describe. There are lot of things which make me Frustrate & behind this email. Actually i have applied for composite loan, which covers land + Construction. After verification process dhfl sanctioned my loan. I hope below explanation will reach You. Jan 17 : i have opened my home loan in dhfl & they said processing completed around 24th/25th of jan & Waiting for personal verification. I got response from dhfl tirupati saying that once it's done we can Issue the cheque. Actually there was a some conflicts too in verification. Person who came for personal Verification is telling that they didn't get proper information details from dhfl team. Couple of Things in this level of process - i got call from dhfl team of hyderabad & discussed about eligibility and other. They said later after 3months you can clear your existing personal loan and can get more eligibility. Later local branch Updated that it's not possible & it can only after one year. Please check phone conversation to know More. - i have discussed with tenure of 20yrs & without my knowldget it added for 27years when i ask the Local people they said it will take time. Then they said cheque is ready & we can do the disbursement by 31st jan itself. When i was asking them To issue the cheque so that i can plan for land registration they said they are waiting for personal Verification report. Finally they approached me on 9th feb & ask me to plan for registration. Actually i got cheque on 12th feb & land registration happened on that day. Here why should customer Pay interest for those 12days. (2 or 3days acceptable) do you give any targets to the branch to collect Interest from customers? From feb 12th, i have completed 1month with very worst experience i had with dhfl, tirupati team. I Have discussed with them about my construction. Then they said, you need to get some approval document Then only can start the construction. When i started interacting with local govt office for approval, Realized that they can't issue needed document due to their standards for that land. Raghu - he is the person who did technical for that land. Please teach him definition of that & some Professional behaviour. Atleast he will get to know how to interact with customer. Remember you can't Imagine any business without customer. I have called him to know any alternative & he said you can't do Anything now pay interest for the given loan amout. Then what technical he did for that. He don't have Any basic common sense & he feels like he is giving money from his personal pocket. It would be great If dhfl conducts any professional training for the people atleast for quarter. I totally stuck here, if I would get to know before land registration that we can't get the approval document for this land or It's needed for bank people as part of technicality of the land, then definitely i would think about Taking that land else can look for other alternative. What verification done for that land from your End & technical side. They should check all prospects before sanction of loan. I m not sure whether They did intentionally & make me to stuck here. Then i started interacting with bhaskar, who is the manager of dhfl tirupati. Then he said he will be Showing some alternative & we can process with high interest without approval document. I accepted for High interest too. Because i stuck at middle. Obviously if they tell high interest customer won't Accept it. Now after partial disbursement for my land registration we can't do anything. I can't wait & Simply pay interest. (Dhfl is using nice strategy to make cash from customer. Not sure whether it's by Local branch) here i have ask him to process for that. Almost one month completed there is no proper Information. I m paying again emi for my loan, because of delay from your end. There is no response for My calls/mails. Let me know to whom i need interact then. Whenever i reach branch physically, they will Say we are interacting with higher team to get approval process. I m not sure where is the delay Happening. Please don't give any targets to any branch if yes, else by making delay they will drink Customer blood. On march 2nd, he said he will be giving/finalizing by end of the day. I m not sure Whether his intention is end of month/year. There is no response for my calls/mails/messages from that Day. First of all, dhfl recruiting team should know what sort of people will asset for dhfl in recruiting Process. By giving opportunity to this kind of people whatever you do that won't be worthy. How can you Recruit the people with this kind of attitue & behaviour. But somewho i can tell they are asset for Organization (Dhfl, tirupati) because they are like good story writers & can send them for bollywood & Hollywood too. Always they keep some stories with them to tell to the customer. Finally they made us to Drag the days so that again pain for customer to pay emi. - dhfl simply drinking customer blood. Please don't do this kind of cheat/fraud to the customers. For Every middle class person it's dream to own a house. Dhfl, tirupati team totally spoil my dream & they Made me realize that i took wrong decision by choosing dhfl to fullfil it.
