Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — Complaint about delay in processing requests

I had given a request for change of phone number in 11/08/21. The complaint was registered SRF DO3934462. Till date even after more 25 days the phone number has not been changed. Repeated calls to customer care and mails have also not resulted in any action.

I hope this complaint is taken seriously and results in some positive action
