[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — deficiency in service

Dear sir,
"home is one of the primary needs of every human being. It is in a home that new dreams are nurtured & families are raised." this is a sentence which inspired me to take loan from dhfl. But...
(1) i regret to inform you that when i went to the dhfl loan office in allahabad uttar pradesh. They denied to forward my application for pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy. As i am fulfilling all criteria for pmay subsidy. Please do needful as my details below:-

(2) as per pmay policy i am fulfilling all criteria.
* annual family income from 6.01 to 12.00 lacs
* subsidy-4%
* carpet area max (Sqm)- 83 sqm
* loan purpose-built purchase/self construction
* women ownership-not mandatory.
(Mig-1) category.

As per requirement for pmay i am fulfilling all criteria for pmay. So that please let me know why dhfl stopping me. Please intervene in this regard and do needful urgently.
