[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — delay in foreclosure letter as well as need to travel 120 kms to get the same from cochin branch

Good day respected sir,
Delay in four-closure letter as well as need to travel 120kms to get the same from cochin branch and not from the nearby branch that is from kottayam - kerala

I approached dhfl via mail from 27/10/2019, 28/10/2019, 29/10/2019 and finally i called the number in order to get the four-closure letter to close my housing loan number 00000256, finally the gave the request number on 30/10/2019 after i call them.

And on 01/11/2019 i got a reply to my mail stating that my fourclosure letter will be made available at dhfl cochin branch on 15/11/2019 which is 120 kms away from my place, where us kottayam branch is only 18kms away. But as per the executive i will be able to collect the fourclosure letter only from head branch office and not from kottayam branch.

Now i am even ready to travel 120 kms to get the fourclosure letter my request is that since my leave is getting over by 14/11/2019 hereby requesting to arrange the letter little advance on or before 10th of november 2019 or no later than 12/11/2019.

Kindly consider my humble request and help me out for the same because i cannot inform my wife to travel with two kids (120 kms) to get the letter.
