[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — Home loan & Interest Rate | |||
Hi, It is not acceptable from your team member, since last 6 months I m getting touch in one of your Sales Person Mr.Anand Kumar Mishra for perusing Rate of Interest for Home Loan taken before 6 month from your DHFL Bank. At the time of loan agreement Mr.Anand Kumar Mishra said the rate of interest @9.55% but the sanction letter issued rate of interest given @9.80% P.A. Also monthly EMI calculating @9.80% P.A instead of @9.55% P.A. Here is he huge loss against repayment for me. Also he said rate of interest @9.80% P.A applicable for only one month afterwards rate of interest automatically applicable @9.55% P.A but isn’t not unchanged till date. It is affected on other customers also. It is huge misguide to customer at the agreement procedure. I am taking follow up with him last 6 months but he says till interest waiver approval not received from upper level till date. Kindly take on priority for this issue and resolved ASAP.
