Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — Home loan tenure and interest rate increased improperly

Dear Sir,

I have availed the Home loan from DHFL in 2015 with rate of interest 9.2% for 20 years tenure but suddenly after one year the ROI got raised to 11.75% due to which my tenure got increased to 30 years where as I am paying the EMIs regularly.

I went to bank personally but no one was supporting to help my case and told for all loan account it has applied and nothing can be done.

So please help me to avoid this inappropriate ROI levied to me.

Hello,

After posting this complaint my ROI has been raised to 12.5% this is not good practice of banking.
