[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — interest rate not reduced

I took loan from dhfl which is floating rate based. Its been around two years, and in that period interest rate has been increased 4 times. Recent increase is on 01st april 2019 by 0.35%. There is no decrease in interest rates despite the fact same has been reduced by rbi. Benefit of rate reduction is not passed to customers. Every time they have a standard reply that as soon as govt will reduce interest rates, same will be reduced for you as well.

This is really harassing for customers and cheating with customers.
