[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — interest rate too high

I am customer of dhfl since 2013, although most of the banks has reduce the interest rate but mine interest rate never decreased,
At current i am paying my loan with interest rate of 9.24 which is much higher than other banks & every year bank will promise they will reduce my interest rate but it never happen. Please look into this issue on urgent basis below are my details, looking forward to your reply.

Updated by pradeepdube2010 No one has contacted me in this regard & local office can only make intrest rate till 9.22 which is still very high. Not happy with customer service
