I am hemant saxena from kalani bag dewas I had apply for home loan to DHFL dewas branch in Oct 16 .all process completed by bank even loan approval letter I received but end time of release amount of loan bank did not payment due to I faced many problem.bank given reason that there is not noc of kalony where I was making my home and no naksha approved by municipal corporation so I want my processing fees with interest and mentally disturb reimbusement amount from bank.on other hand I have clear all type document related to property that time bank did not say noc necessory so there is who defaulter me or bank? So pleas help me on [protected]
