Myself sk sazid ali applied for homeloan & approved on july 2015 against loan id 00042126. After this, trying to apply for pmay as per my eligibility but the brunch executive (Kallamandir, kolkata, wb) mr. Govindo ignoring the matter. Called up several times & visited but they avoiding the same with excuse. Finally on nov'18 received call from branch mr. Soumen dutta, who asked for submit related documents. As suggested, it was submitted on 12.12.2018 at branch office after 2 nos form fill up. After one month of document submission, i tried to connect with mr. Soumen but always he told "pls wait, will update you the status". I connect with dhfl customercare but they also replied it is under process. After one month, when i further connect with customer care, same reply.
Then i escalated the matter to nodal officer on 25.02.2019 through mail. Further they require another documentation which was fulfilled by me but still there is no such improvement seen in this matter. I am in doubt that weather they process the application under pmay or not because after submit all require docs i sent two reminder mail to nodal desk but they not replied single time. Till now, same recorded reply from customer care still being uttering "your application is under process". There is no time freim or timeline.
After all this loosening hope, finally sent mail to ceo desk on 17.05.2019 but suprisingly there was no difference even they not bother to reply on my mail.
Overall a bitter experience due to iresponsibility of branch executives & unprofessional approach towards customer. It is very unfortunate that dhfl having useless customer support team who are not bother to reply against customer mail.
