[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — not get pmay and loan transferred to sbfc without any intimation

Dear sir/madam,
I am mahesh suresh sutar my loan account no. Is 00001368
And branch is badalpur branch katrap. But still we are waiting for pradhan mantri awas subsidy.
I have paid 24 emi but still not got the pradhan mantri awas subsidy, also

Nobody giving response about subsidy, i called to customer care but they are giving simply reply "the document are uploaded" to nhb on 04/feb/2019

No response getting from nhb customer care no., and no response getting from nhb mailed.

Also without any initmation they have transferd to the loan sbfl. Now it is said it keepng hold your subsidy. Also he told me he has law in your aggrement to transfer the loan amount.

I am filing FIR against the DHFL management team because of they have misleading the customer .They said every month document uolpad on NHB and it is hold .

I have home loan, they are not giving remaining funds. So applied transfer to other bank. Now dhfl delaying in giving original documents to otherbanks. So they not accepting files from dhfl. So now are in trouble. Neither stay with dhfl nor transfer balance to other banks.
