Supply the accounts statement to the consumer. I am residing at Sambalpur though the loan is done at Bhubaneswar. It is not possible in my part ti always goto Bhubaneswar to inquire about outstanding loan amount etc. As you have a office now at Sambalpur went on 15th May 17 to obtain a statement of account (if possible from the office). I am regret to say that the accountant of Sambalpur office behaved very badly which pained me very much. Therefore I would request you to supply me the statement of accounts which will enable me to clear the out standing amount to free myself from the claws of such elements in future. with regards.
