We Planned to buy a plot in Chennai, little outer than the city limit. Then the land lord suggested us for DHFL. So we approached the respective sales person. He don't even have proper knowledge on the product which he handles. Before that he did even inform the clause that after three years we have to construct the house else the interest rate will change, which is higher than what they have committed in the initial stage. After paying the processing fee. Now we don't want to proceed this further.
