I am having loan account no 00003387
With dhfl ludhiana branch i approached. But employee of ludhiana branch mr. Jaspreet has referred my case via your dsa mr. Jeevan. As i applied loan of 18 lakh but he has given me additional one cheque of 2 lakh stating that it's compulsory to take 20 lakh loan else ur loan won't be sanctioned. Firstly he kept my cheque with him for 45 days although same got issued by dhfl. Secondly he added insurance in my loan without consent which i got it removed later on.
Last but not the least i applied for pmvy yojna & signed all supportive documents for the sane but it's not done yet inspire of many remainders given to him & now he is not responding to my phone calls.
Such kind of ir responsible dsa's are spoiling brand image of dhfl organization.
You are requested to get my pmvy plan implemented on utmost priority basis. I would appreciate your prompt reply regarding same.

My loan got cancelled on 18th August but still I didn't get my advanced EMI deducted amount. Please credit my amount in my account.
