We are from ratlam. Hamare agent ne three times processing fees le li hai. 2 by chq and one in cash. Unhone kaha ki hamari first processing fees ka refund kra diya jayega kunki ye dhfl agent ka fault tha ki usne loan ka process nahi kiya or third unone hamare behalf me cash me paid ki. Ab continously wo hame call kr rhe hai ki unhe unka payment chahiye. Please help kya hamari processing fees first wali refund hogi ya nahi or processing fees kitni bar lagti hai hum abhi tk 3 times paid kr chuke hai,
