[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — rate of interest

I have taken home loan from dhfl bank in may 2017. I have to pay rate of interest of 11.12%. While bank is offering new home loan on less rate of interest. Their customer care executive told me that after completing of 1 yr of home loan, rate of interest will be reduced. I have mail bank several times but they didn't reduce the rate of interest.
