Hi team,

This is in regards to the refund amount that i was supposed to receive. My emi was deducted on 11th of feb and i was supposed to get that refund amount back in 21 days. It has been more than 1.5 months now and still i am getting the same response that it is in process. I tried contacting the nodal officer as well as the customer care, but i have not received any proper response yet. Dhfl has been playing with us recently and even their customer care number also has been temporarily out of service. Request you to look into this.

Updated by mosamad If they are not providing the refund amount in one day, then i need them to pay the whole amount with one month interest, because if i was at fault, then DHFL would have charged with late payment charges etc etc. This is becoming very tough for me day by day as i have to give that money to friends and as DHFL promised to give my money in 15 days, i said the same and now DHFL is playing with my money and earning interest for themselves.
