[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — Refund of emi of rs 21652

Dear sir,

My son is an applicant with dhfl and i am the co-applicant. The loan has been transferred from dhfl. However a refund of excess emi paid is due from dhfl. The loan was serviced through thane branch in 2011 and my son has put up request for refund on 17/03/2017 and the neft credit of the rs 21652/- is still not given. I am totally disappointed by the service rendered by your service branch at dahisar west mumbai and thane.

The loan has been transferred to another institution and the closure done. The request was given on 16/03/2017 which was misplaced by your dahisar office. I went after a week to check position, i was again assured that the amount shall be sent by neft very soon. Still nothing was done despite 2 more visits only assurances were given. I was asked to give another request on 21/04/2017.

This is the callousness with which dhfl offices work. Last week my son went there and he was advised to come on 2nd may still nothing transpired. Your offices are charging interest on day to day basis and it is really disgraceful that while refunding money your offices are not bothered about it. I expect the amount of rs 21652/- alongwith interest immediately through neft by 5th which

I have already provided the relevant documents to dhfl nodal officer.
