[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — refund of excess amount

I closed my home loan account last month and I paid complete amount including foreclosure and extra amount whatever dhfl charged. When I asked about it to dhfl executive then he told me that it will refund after 15 days. After 15 days I wrote to dhfl about it then Company assured me it will refund with in 15 days but i didn't get it till date. I would like to request you please provide assistance regarding it.
My closed home loan account number is 00000641.

company official send me email on 01/01/2018 and said that my request (request id - SRDIS00997444, [email protected]) related 'refund of excess amount' will be processed by 07/01/2018 but i unable to get refund yet and no any information about it.
