[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — request for photocopy of documents not received even after 25 days | |
I had put request for copy of chain of agreement on 14th June and was told to call back on 29th or 30th June to collect from Dahisar office. Even after 25 days they do not know the status of my request. Had escalated the issue with their Nodal officer but till now have not received any reply. Today on 8th July after calling to customer care they said the status will be known only on 13th July. They have such unprofessional people and system because of which customer keeps suffering. If by any reason the emi is delayed even by one day the very next day the recovery person will come asking for the payment as if the default has been done for number of months. ( Happened to me in month of June 2019 ). For recovery they have proper system in place but for the customer requirement they do not have system. Was this information helpful? | |
