[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — sanction loan remaining disbursement not given, & not given anything in writing

Loan code 1542 aurangabad branch (Loan application no.[protected] sanction loan 738000, disburse 438000 in year 2012, remaining 280000 not disburse, not given writing. From loan disburse they taken only pre - emi, emi is not starting, says that when all loan disburse then emi start, & remaining disburse ment not given after flat is completing. Did not give writing about it. Only interest is taking & not start emi, branch manager says portfolio problem, collection manager says account in assign pool, account related not have any information to bank employee. They all move me to here & there from last one year.
Consider my all pre-emi in to emi or give me remaining loan.
