[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — unable to disburse cheque even though loan approved from last one month

I have applied home loan in DHFL and my loan sanctioned on 31/08/2018 and on 20/09/2018 it s showing as loan disbursed but from that onward still cheque was not issued when we trying to contact in branch they said some financial issue is going on. Without loan disbarment one month EMI also deducted from my account.If they are not in position to sanction the loan why bank fool the customers.
