Full description of incident - i have applied for lap through mr. Mukesh gupta no.[protected] and i have handed over all the documents on dated 24.01.2018 to him then after some time and rigorous follow up with him he told me after 1 and half month that they got another pending list from legal department then i have again hand over the documents to him one month back at his office but after getting no proper response i contact with bm of the branch from where my case has been login but he again send me the query of these pending documents now please suggest me how much time i take follow up with all of your team me very much frustrated due to this delayed.
