Very very poor bank. Please don't take house loan from dhfl. Initially they will give less interest and within a year they will increase like a hell (4 times got increased in within 6 moths). I didn't get any notice from dhfl like roi getting increased. This is unacceptable. They will not give proper information why they increased roi.
Please my humble advice, please don't take loan from dhfl in future. Please go for any other bank which is not financial.
