Hello all, i have taken a loan from dhfl 2009 and processing was very fast. I was happy then if you send mail to bhubneswar branch for any queries then they will never revert. For an ecs change i have to mail atleast 20 times and call them 40 times. Are they professionals?? If you call for some queries then yoy wont get any info. To change interest rate i am following from last 20 days. It is worst financial organization operating in bhubneswar. Few un-professional characters are taking dhfl service quality to below standard. I have very good experience with bangalore branch, highly knowledgeable.
