I have taken a housing loan fro DHFL 3 years back. Right from the beginning i.e., Processing the application to till date, I am totally unhappy with their services. I faced numerous problems and have to spent lot of money unnecessarily. For instance they made me to register the documents twice with the Registrar of companies.
The most important part of it, even after the payment of EMI in time, they always send reminder and threatening messages, which is very irritating.
The staff response to our calls is very poor. They never consider the age of the customer and attitude is worst. First of all they never attend the phone calls. Sometimes I feel regretful for taking loan from them. Frequently they raise the rate of interest without RBI circulars.
